"I initially contacted Robin at Nextgen to help me purchase the house I had been renting for over 12 years, but was dealing with a very difficult "Seller". Robin went above and beyond trying to get the deal to happen. When it was evident that it was not meant to be, robin and I began searching for a new home for me, and in the span of three days we reviewed over 20 homes and spent a whole sunday doing walkthroughs of seven that we narrowed it down to. I found one I fell in love with and with robin's help we submitted and offer, and it was accepted within one day! She made all the paperwork and 'red tape' that comes along with home buying so easy and stress free, I honestly wondered why other people made it sound so difficult! Tessa was fresh out of real estate school & had just received her license. We were already weary of giving her a chance for the sole reason that she has very little experience. Boy were we wrong! Tessa showed us how competent & competitive she was by taking initiative to win our business. She is extremely knowledgeable despite her years of experience. Before we had decided on a realtor, she came over to discuss numbers & staging, & told us she had a photographer ready to take photos of our house if we were willing to go with her. At this point we didn’t see the point in choosing another realtor because she already did half the work & we’ll never regret that decision! Tessa is very personable, extremely responsive, day or night. She responds to emails & texts very quickly & provides paperwork at lightning speed. She set up open houses every single weekend & even ran by the house to run some errands for us regarding the house. We were able to sell our house after just 3 weeks on the market! "Coming into this Pearland area, I wasn’t sure where I wanted to stay in terms of distance to my job in Freeport. A friend of ours referred my wife and I to Vanessa Thompson whom found us a rental home that was in a great neighborhood and was not a bad commute for either of us most mornings. After a couple years in the rental home, we decided to purchase our own home. It was January 2020 and I don’t think I need to explain how that year went. We decided we wanted a house built and Vanessa showed us a new neighborhood that was yet to be started. The land had a small trailer for the building manager and nothing else. Despite the rough terrain of black dirt and our lack of imagination, Vanessa helped us see where our first home was gonna be built. During the pandemic while businesses were shutting down and layoffs all around, Vanessa told us everything was gonna be alright. She called to check on us every other day to remind us we would be in our dream home soon. We closed a month earlier than the original date projected. Vanessa was always there when we needed her and available anytime we had questions. She was always on time for our meetings and made sure we knew what we were getting ourselves into when any decisions were made. She’s the real deal."

I had a very hard time believing we would get to raise our family in this house because of all the obstacles we had to go through with the seller. She was the one who made sure I understood that she was going to get this house for us no matter what! She was literally working through her own vacation to finish getting our lovely home!
